LIKE THE AGE-OLD SAYING, “IT’S NOT WHAT YOU KNOW, IT’S WHO YOU KNOW. “

So Let’s Make Friends

First of all, hey. I’m Ronnie, and this is my first blog. I find it hard to believe that I’m writing one. If you had bet me 3 years ago that I would find myself an editor and chief for my own media output by the end of 2021, you would have easily taken my money. Better Luck Next Time.

So here it goes. The whole point behind my new writing endeavor is to bring awareness. Not about kids eating Tide Pods or what foods make you fat, or even what the President is up to. No, my topic is real…it’s Real Estate.

There are many reasons why people start investing in Real Estate and many more reasons why houses become available and make for great deals.

If you are a person that has ever wondered what it takes to become a Real Estate Investor, remember what I just said about me and writing blogs. Yeah, there is absolutely no predicting what type of Investor you may become with more exposure. Some really like PODCASTS; some market themselves as trainers, while others keep their heads down and look for opportunities under the radar. I would think of myself as an in-betweener.

Although, if you are only looking to invest in Real Estate, that is much easier and much more to the point than becoming a Real Estate Investor, and believe me, there is a difference. Remember, all you have to do is know somebody. To the point of our title, $10,000 can do a lot in rehabbing, marketing, and operating a small business. So, the way that you invest in Real Estate with $10k is by Lending in Real Estate with $10k.

That’s right! Why not be the bank and let the Investor do all of the running around, dealing with attornies and the buyers and sellers. All the while paying you interest on your loan. Can you say mailbox money?

By knowing a good investor, you can make some awesome returns. See now how knowing someone in the business can work well for you. That is the real reason why more people do not invest in Real Estate because, in order to have success, you have to operate a company. It’s not likely doing 1 or 2 deals will pan out well for you because there is much to learn and apply.

A great benefit of working with a Professional Investor is that they operate with contracts and attornies, all the time. So making sure that you, the lender, are protected in the paperwork goes without saying. I will go over the 3 documents needed in a later blog post.

Who knows, you just might find the financial spark you need that will change your investing future forever. If you have any questions or comments, you can leave them at the bottom of the page.

  1. Excellent info! If you’re looking to invest in real estate and aren’t quite sure where to start, I highly recommend 1322 Investments, LLC!! They provide advice that is clear and concise. Mr. Hall is congenial and goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. This company is truly a gem!

  2. Hi Ronnie-

This sounds interesting. What is the average turnaround time of return on my investment? Also, who pays the legal fees, is that the investor, or would that be at my cost?

    1. Hey Nicole,
Thank you for your question. After you make your initial investment, you would start receiving profits in monthly, yearly, or semi-annual payments. That would be dependent on your specific needs. The legal fees would be taken care of by the investor.

    1. Hey Eddie,
That is a great question and thanks for asking. An average investor’s return would be between 8%-12%. Although, returns can sometimes be much higher. As your investment loan is paid back, you are more than welcome to reinvest the money again and again. Please let us know if you would like to learn more about the process.
